WHAT IS LOADNESS?
Loadness App allows the quick and easy monitoring of your athletes' internal training load and wellness state
HOW DOES IT WORK?
To work with Loadness, we have created two different apps: Loadness Trainer y Loadness Athlete. With Loadness Trainer you can create profiles for all you athletes with a username, email and password. Once the athletes have their profiles, they will be able to fill in the tests with the Loadness Athlete app and send their results to the trainer. Then, the trainer will download the tests data from the Loadness Trainer app.
LOADNESS TRAINER OR LOADNESS ATHLETE?
Loadness Trainer is the trainers' app with which they will be able to monitor their athletes and gather all their data. Loadness Athlete is athletes' app.
WHAT CAN I DO?
You can create or delete athlete profiles and download the test results.
HOW CAN I LOG IN TO LOADNESS TRAINER?
To log in you only need to click on “Log in with Google” and synchronized your Gmail account with the application.
HOW CAN I CREATE AN ATHLETE PROFILE?
To create an athlete profile we need to click on “New athlete”. Then, we will need to type in the athlete's username, email and a password and send the details to the athlete to access the profile from the Loadness Athlete app.
HOW CAN I GET MY ATHLETE'S TEST RESULTS?
To get your athlete's test results you will need to click on “Send Excel” and you will receive and email to the synchronized email address with all the data gathered so far.
WHAT WILL I SEE?
Once you log into the app, you will see the main page where you can use the app. This is what you will see:
WHAT CAN I DO?
You can fill in the “Wellness Test” and the “Borg Scale for Perceived Exertion Test” and also edit your profile.
HOW CAN I LOG IN TO LOADNESS ATHLETE?
To log in to Loadness Athlete you will need to enter the email and password your trainer gave you.
HOW CAN I FILL IN THE “Wellness Test”?
You will need to fill in this test after you wake up, always before a training session. To access it, you only need to click on the “+” icon beside the test. Once opened, you will need to fill the 5 fields, just one answer for each, and answer the questions you will get like: Sleep hours? and Where do you feel pain?
HOW CAN I FILL IN THE “Borg Scale for Perceived Exertion Test”?
You will need to fill in this test 30 minutes after a training session. To access it, you only need to click on the “+” icon beside the test. Once opened you will rate from 1 to 10 and press send.
HOW CAN I EDIT MY PROFILE?
To edit the details your trainer gave you, you need to log in to your profile and edit those details. Once we are happy with the changes, we need to click on “Update” to save the changes.
Just like in the Loadness Trainer app, you will be able to chose a previous day and fill in a test if not done previously. It is useful if you want to fill in the test but it is already after midnight. You only need to set the right date on the calendar and fill in the pending test. You will not be able to refill a test already filled in.
